Mr. Sudhir Kumar has an extensive experience in market and recruitment. He take care of all the HR process viz job analysis, job posting, job designing, recruitment, selection, joining, offer letter, leave policy etc.

Trainer

He leads the Executive Search & Selection practice, specialising in key senior level executive and non-executive hiring requirements. He continually builds a strong pipeline of highly talented and passionate candidates and serves as the primary point of contact for all candidate inquiries. He fosters and implements a communication system with companies that assist with identifying potential staffing needs. . He also trains and coaches’ executives on recruitment process and best practices.
